• Redistribute datasets, models, or proprietary content without proper licensing

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations.

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

All datasets, text, graphics, software, APIs, and trademarks are owned by Mobiusi or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, sell, sublicense, or distribute our content

• Create derivative works without written consent

• Use our marks without authorization

If you upload or submit content, you confirm that:

• You have all necessary rights

• The content complies with applicable laws

You grant Mobiusi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and use your content solely for providing the Services.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

Some datasets require special licenses. Unless explicitly authorized, you may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or publicly publish datasets

• Use datasets to train harmful or discriminatory models

• Use datasets in violation of privacy or data protection laws

Violation may result in termination and legal action.

If you purchase Services:

• Fees are due as displayed at checkout

• Payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated

• Failure to pay may result in suspension of access

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

API access requires compliance with:

• Rate limits

• Credential security

• Acceptable use policies

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate API access to protect the platform.

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We respond to DMCA notices in accordance with U.S. law.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

We do not guarantee that:

• APIs will remain available at all times

You use the Services at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mobiusi is NOT liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, profits, business opportunities

• Damages arising from Service interruptions

Our total liability is limited to the greater of:

(a) the amount you paid in the past 12 months, or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mobiusi harmless from claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of datasets or APIs

• Your infringement of third-party rights

You agree that:

• All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court.

• You waive the right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

This is standard for U.S. SaaS platforms.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms

• Your account poses a security risk

• We discontinue the Services

Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

• Assignment

  You may not assign rights or obligations without our written consent

• Entire Agreement

  These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Mobiusi.
